Salt and pepper spare ribs

I wrote a post on how to make the salt and pepper mix. You can really use it on many different proteins, but if you're looking for a more specific recipe. Look no further, here it is!

This really is one of my favorite dishes to utilize the salt and pepper rub. The spare ribs themselves have a slight crust over it *drool* and the salt and pepper rubs gives it all the flavor it needs.

In addition, this is a one pan meal with minimal ingredients. Can't get much easier than this so add this to your rotation STAT!

Per my mom, the pork spare ribs themselves aren't always the easiest to source. At times, they are sold pre packaged in the meat section of your grocery stores. However, more often than not, you may have to ask the butcher to cut the pork spare ribs into about 1-1.5 inch pieces. I haven't been inside a grocery store since I have learned this recipe, but I heard the butcher services are currently not available during COVID. Hopefully this changes soon! I will update this section of the blog once I am able to return to the stores safely and see for myself.
